Our sessions comprise of a warm-up, cardio, strengthening and postural
work which is ALWAYS geared to the specific level of fitness of the
individual. As progress is made the intensity & frequency can be
increased accordingly with advice on how to train in between sessions
realistically.

Our custom designed studios are low tech and can be replicated at home
but one of the key qualities of EnergyWise Personal Training is the
fact that there is one trainer, one client and one studio, ensuring
100% undivided attention, when ever you want to train!

The type and style of exercise will be established after a
comprehensive Initial Consultation. EnergyWise does not have
wall-to-wall mirrors and we encourage clients to wear clothes that
they feel comfortable in. Our large free car park also means that
there is no need to get dressed up, as there is no one to see you but
your trainer.
Myth#7. Hiring a Personal Trainer will get me fit in record time
EnergyWise Personal Trainers recognise that you didn't get out of
shape/condition overnight and will be realistic in assisting you set
goals. One thing is for certain; you will feel differently almost
immediately which will encourage you to keep going until you do see
the difference.
